Analysis And Design Of Lean-Circular Production System

The launching of circular economy has achieved certain results at the enterprise level, however, the problem that only has "circular" no "economy" still remains. The core issue is that the internal dynamic is insufficient for the development of circular economy of enterprises. In order to solve this problem, this thesis introduces the lean production theory into circular economy to construct the enterprise's lean-circular production system and theoretically demonstrates the feasibility of the new system. The specific content of this thesis are as follows:Firstly, this thesis has reviewed and analyzed the process of the research on circular economy and lean production at home and abroad. Furthermore, it has indicated the research's bottleneck of circular economy theory at the enterprise level and the developing direction of lean production theory.Secondly, it has briefly described the related theories of lean production and circular economy which are used in this thesis. It focuses on the core control means of circular economy which is material flow analysis and the core elements of implementing lean production which is value stream analysis. On the other hand, it also has conducted a proper analysis of the related theories of lean techniques and reducing.Thirdly, this thesis has analyzed the problems of circular economy development in the enterprise and has pointed out it is necessary that the operational objective of enterprise consistent with the developing objective of circular economy. It has demonstrated the coupling relationship between circular economy and lean production with an entry point of eco-efficiency and puts forth the integration method which realizes economic and environmental win-win situation.Fourthly, on the basis of the coupling relationship between circular economy and lean production, the lean-circular production system has been constructed. This thesis has illustrated the connotation of lean-circular production system and analyzed the necessary functions of various subsystems whose conceptual model has also been offered.Fifthly, based on system dynamics, the author has simulated the constructed lean-circular production system and has proved the feasibility of the system in theory.Sixthly, for the possible problem in the implementation of lean-circular production system, this thesis has also provided the theoretical suggestions and practical operation countermeasures.
