This paper based on the T company as an example, uses lean production theory in enterprise production system optimizing, combined with the simulation analysis method, to research how to optimize the production system, improve efficiency, reduce cost and improve enterprise competitiveness in manufacturing enterprises with specific characteristics.T company is a domestic manufacturer of central air-conditioner, the products of T company has been in a leading level in the industry, and The market share is located in the top for a long time. But due to the increasingly fierce market competition, T company also need to timely adjust enterprise production system management mode, to adapt to the change of competitive environment. This paper based on the investigation and analysis of the production system in T company, introduce the theory of lean production in production system optimizing activities by using the lean management techniques:value stream, balanced production,5s etc. in order to solve the main problems such as management philosophy, process cycle, efficiency, and repeated change, Combined with the application of simulation technology, early to assess the effect of the optimization of production systems, and to provide the basis for management decisions.
