| As the fundamental, strategic and leading industry, telecommunication has a significant function, which is one of the leading industries in the informatization driving industrialization project. With the dramatic change of the telecommunication caused by the restructuring of telecommunication and the raising of competition in the global market, the competition environment in China has changed from monopolistic and network-competed to open and service-competed. Thus, the model of vertical integrated supply chain cannot satisfy the need of the development of industry. In the mean time, when facing the third and fourth generation telecommunicated technology, the inertia of users caused by traditional telecommunicated supply chain led to the stagnation of the original standard of network operation. It's getting more difficult to change as a stumbling block. As a result, telecommunication has become to the back stone of the domestic service market promoted by the intense competition and service economy. The structure of supply chain has changed to the service supply chain whose dominance production is telecommunication service, with the breakthrough of telecom technology and the enhancement of the types of telecom service. Therefore, it is very important to carry on the research on the telecommunication service supply chain in this new situation.This dissertation is about the construction and simulation of the telecom service in the new situation. With the analysis of the trend, characteristic and principle of modeling construction of development of telecommunication, the hierarchy model of telecom service supply chain is built combined with the characteristic of telecommunication on Process Type Level, Process Category Level and Process Element Level, which are based on SCOR model. On the basis of telecom service supply chain model based on the SCOR model, the simulation software, EM-Plant is applied. The EM-Plant has the feature of object-oriented, rich in model units and real-time statistics analysis. The Bottom-up method is used in the 5 steps simulation experiment. In addition, the evaluation system and improvement method of the telecom service supply chain are designed.Finally, in the case study the broadband service provider corporate A, it is showed the promotion of the result based on the modeling and simulation. It is testified the practicability and reliability of the modeling and simulation of telecom service based on SCOR. In addition, it provides theoretical support to the supply chain management policy in corporate A. |
