With the progress of science and technology, the competitive environment isbecoming increasingly complex. Competition among enterprise has shifted fromproduct to the customer as the center of the competitive. No doubt, the relationamong enterprises has change from competitive to cooperative. Every enterprise inthe supply chain will affect the entire supply chain performance and affect thefinishing competition in the enterprise. To ensure that the enterprise in the supplychain has the competitive power, enterprises need constantly look for approach tomeet changing environment.This article described the current main two kinds of supply chain performanceevaluation system which they have the balanced scorecard and Supply ChainOperation Reference model. The two systems have their advantages anddisadvantages. According to characteristics of BL company business, the paperselects the SCOR model as BL Company supply chain performance evaluationmodel. Then the paper takes BL Company as the research object and analyzes ofthe company’s business characteristics and BL Company current status andproblems existing in the supply chain. The article analyses all kinds of factors andthrough using SCOR model combine the general principles of supply chainperformance evaluation. The paper restructures BL company basic businessprocess. In addition, in order to make up the deficiency of SCOR model in R&Dand sales, in the index distribution, this paper will research and development centerand sales company included in the scope of the assessment indicators.In the seventh part, this article introduces three kinds of technology whichthey are BI, CRM and EDI. These techniques are the guarantee of theseperformance indicators of operating conditions.
