With the development of the market environment and the advancement of information technology,the supply chain has been deeply integrated with the Internet,the Internet of Things,and big data,and has entered a new stage of development of intelligent supply chains.The importance of supply chain integration service management has also been reflected in many industry fields.Still,the construction industry,as one of the pillar industries of the national economy,is one of the industries with the lowest degree of integration of supply chain services among all major industries.In the "14th Five-Year Plan",China vigorously promotes supply chain enterprises,including construction supply chain enterprises,to carry out technological and model innovation.Company A is a large enterprise group specializing in the integration of supply chain service in the construction industry and is an innovative and implemented pilot enterprise of the national supply chain,with great influence and reputation in the domestic industry.Confronted with a complex market environment,Company A adhering to the guidance of national policies;takes a preemptive opportunity through optimizing the integration service management of the supply chain to enhance its comprehensive strength and obtain a favorable competitive position in the transformation of the construction industry.It is to take Company A as an example to study the optimization of the integrated material trade supply chain service management of construction infrastructure projects.Based on the relevant theories such as construction supply chain,service supply chain,supply chain management optimization,etc.,combined with the specific practice of Company A,this paper puts forward suggestions for the supply chain integration service optimization management of Company A.First,understand the current situation of supply chain integration service management in Company A,and use SWOT analysis methods to derive its advantages and potential problems.Secondly,it is to study the specific business processes,supplier management,customer management,information system application,and supply chain performance management of Company A through practical research.Finally,regarding the SCOR model,this research constructs the processing system of the supply chain business suitable for Company A and promotes the specific optimization measures as well as the corresponding implementation guarantee mechanisms.This paper hopes to solve the practical problems confronted by Company A’s current circumstances through the optimization of Company A’s supply chain integration service management to improve the comprehensive strength and provide experience for other similar enterprises.
