A Research On The Mechanism Of Innovation Mode In PSFs

Becauce of the need for professional and experienced knowledge, the innovative power of professinal service firmes is highly dependent on the management of professional workforce. Those professionals prone to self-management and self-acheivement and show high loyaltiy to the profession. So, it has become to be a problem for the PSFs to construct the organization in right way, which promoto the process of turning personal knowledge into organianzational knowlege. It is important because only when knowledge is on the organization level that to be a strategic resource and the base for organization innovation. Therefore, research on the organization design, knowledge sharing and innovation was conducted in this paper, and social network was specially added in the consideration of China situation.Based on the study, several conclusions were drawn:(1) in the PSFs, the centralization of decision-making hinder the degree of knowledge sharing, in the constast, formalization increase he degree of knowledge sharing; (2) the density of social network moderate the relationship between the locus of decision-making and knowledge sharing negatively; (3) knowledge sharing effectively promoto innovative action in the organization; (4) the research provide proves for realtionship between explorative innovation and exploitative innovation.Several theoretic developments were achieved:the mediation role of knowledge sharing for structure and innovation was proved, add empirical study to the research domain of exploration and exploitation, social network's moderation effect was examed further under China's background. Also, the research gave out significant illustraton to PSFs for managing professinal workforce and construct the firm in right ways.
