| With market competition is becoming more and more fierce,product life cycle is shorten,and this situation is more outstanding in apparel industry which is sensitively affected by fashion and time-effective.How to win in competition by quick response (QR),produce tailored goods,and quickly get market share are challenges for the export apparel companies in China to cope with.This paper takes company S as a case study,comprehensively applies theories of agile supply chain management (ASCM) and quick response(QR) methods to find out the problems exited in its information flow,capital flow,logistics and production management,and finally establish a performance appraisal system of agile supply chain management which bases on its characteristics of supply chain operation. |
