Because of depending on rail transport as the main industry for a long time, diversified operation enterprises of China railway has many problems, such as nondisjunction between politics and businesses, and the ability of operating their own markets from the main business is very weak。There are also many problems such as unbalanced development of the industry, and so on.Xinlong Investment Co., Ltd as affiliated company of Nanchang Railway Bureau, it has experienced development, restructuring, and growth。Now because of the corporate restructuring and policy change, it has facing narrow the business, no core competitiveness and a series of development issues.Now, in this paper, after I analyzed the company's development process and studied the current situation, under the basement of analyzing the company's organizational structure, financial management, human resources and competitive trends, I use SWOT analysis to do a comprehensive analysis for the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. And also, I analyze the strategy choices and implementation channel of the railway diversified approaches and in the of risk control and risk aversion.Finally, I concluded that its long, sustainable development must rely on the railway transportation business, nurturing the core competitiveness of enterprises, establishment of resource sharing system, adhere to an appropriate multiple. |
