With the rapid growth of China's real estate investment and economic construction,the real estate plays an important part in the national economy.The most obvious and the most profound situation that the construction enterprises are facing is the increasingly fierce market competition.In this context,construction enterprises in the future development of the road will face more and more problems,we must improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises.The success of cost and schedule management control is one of the most important factors for the survival and development of an enterprise.In this paper,combined with the implementation of the JY construction company project,introducing the related theory of earned value method in the project process,through the comparison of the earned value method of three parameters,timely analysis of the causes of deviations and take corresponding organizational measures,economic measures,technical measures to correct the deviation,the actual cost overruns and delay the progress of solving engineering in the process of implementation,to improve the level of project management.The main idea is: the sample project work into earthwork,masonry and reinforced concrete engineering of a number of sub tasks,and combined with the construction contract to calculate the cost of each item of work plan and budget(BCWS);then according to the project implementation process of engineering quantity and price change calculation the work completed budget(BCWP)have been completed and the actual cost of work(ACWP),the three parameters in the curve diagram of reaction on one axis,the project cost,schedule and intuitively,and four evaluation indexes using earned value method to analyze the errors.Put forward the solution scheme to correct the deviation,in order to achieve the project cost and schedule management control purposes.In the end,combined with the application of earned value method in the sample project,summarizes the earned value method in the example project experience,and puts forward some suggestions about the method of earned value thinking and earned value method,in order to earn value method is more widely used in project management.
