The Trilateral Game Based On The Knowledge Sharing Among Incubators, Incubatees And Venture Capital

Business incubators assist entrepreneurs with their start-ups to develop, providing various services. Many incubatees have capital problems. In recent years, there have been some co-operations between capital venture and incubators, which makes a three-win situation——incubators, incubatees and investment organizations to develop faster.We study the game theory of the cooperation between the incubator and venture capital, enabling participants to cooperate better. Firstly, in this thesis we analyze the non-cooperative game among the incubators, incubatees and investment organizations. Under the assumptions in the model, we get the equilibrium of the non-cooperative game, analyze the solutions, and get the conclusions. Then we analyze further the influences of the moral hazard in this game; get to know how the information asymmetry affects the venture capital and the importance of knowledge sharing. Secondly, in this thesis we summarize the influence factors of knowledge sharing, build up the participants'knowledge sharing game model, study the possibilities of participants'knowledge sharing through the analysis of the knowledge sharing game's process, and get the summaries and suggestions. In the end, we establish a cooperative game among the incubators, incubatees and investment organizations after the above analysis. The optimal solutions of the alliance are obtained. We also analyze the relationship between the equilibrium and the optimal solutions, and the relationship between the whole equilibrium utility and the maximum alliance utility. The stability of the alliance optimal solutions and the distribution of the alliance utility are discussed. Then we obtain the conclusions and suggestions of the participants'cooperative game on venture capital.
