The Game And Stability Analysis Of Knowledge Sharing Behavior Based On Teamwork

Based on the knowledge sharing of teamwork multi-stage game model, through the model establishing, solving and analysis, finally it is concluded that based on show the knowledge sharing of tacit knowledge and the relationship between these factors.Next, this article also consider the problem whether the cooperation between the knowledge sharing can maintain a long-term and stable cooperation, and the practical problems that caused by the contract.Considered two factors of a release party need to bear the punishment mechanism and additional benefits due to gain other knowledge. Based on evolutionary game theory and research methods and the knowledge sharing and multi-stage game model, evolution game matrix is established. According to the established game matrix, the dynamic equation of evolution and equilibrium is analyzed. Analyzed under the condition of different reality, the cooperation of both sides how to adopt strategies on to the next stage of the cooperation. The result of the research can help the team to make a rational cooperation strategy, thus to realize sharing between the two parties, at the same time, it has important guiding significance to the long-term and stable cooperation.So, In this paper, starting from the cooperation will need cooperation in game analysis, obtain game results of cooperation, then analyzed how to implement the knowledge sharing, In the final analysis the cooperation of the two sides to every step of the knowledge sharing how to make reasonable cooperation strategy, analysis of the whole process of cooperation. Finally, this paper provides an important guiding significance to the long-term and stable cooperation of the modern enterprise knowledge sharing.
