With China's accession to the WTO and the rapid development of economic globalization, foreign auto enterprises pour into China, establish manufacturing center and sales center in local place, occupy the vast market of China, as to be worse of automobile industry competition environment gradually. However, a car is composed by thousands of parts, automotive lean supply chain is too lengthy, lots of enterprises are involved in the supply chain, for the distinctive of the enterprise values, business processes in the process of supplier chain enterprises cooperative management blocks nodal enterprise cooperation, so it will lead to lean supply chain's low efficient operation, lean supply chain coordination risk, and cause loss of supply chain at the end.Therefore,the research of the lean supply chain coordination risk early-warning of automobile manufacturing enterprises will have an important significance.This paper's research about the lean supply chain coordination risk early-warning of automobile manufacturing enterprises is based on the research results of deep and comprehensive analysis of lean supply chain coordination risk early-warning theory and the domestic and foreign relevant fields. It can effectively reduce the collaborative venture, improve the core competitive power, and provide reference for the efficient operation of the lean supply chain of automobile manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,the paper analyzes the lean supply chain coordination by making use of cooperative management theory and system theory,and finds the coordination's main contradictions,so it analyzes risk factors and risk causes existed in the lean supply chain coordination risk early-warning of automobile manufacturing enterprises according to it, this paper elaborates the coordination and risk forming process by using system self-organization theory. Secondly, the dissertation makes the construction of the evaluation index system of the automobile manufacturing enterprise's lean supply chain coordination risk according to the risk factor analysis and identification, and it makes a comprehensive evaluation of collaborative risk from the ideal of constructing evaluation model by the usage of BP neural network.Finally,this paper put forwards to the workflow and its supporting system of the coordination risk early-warning and offers early-warning measures and recommendations related to the collaborative risk.This study obeys the theory of the coordination risk early-warning, that is the following three stages:risk identification, risk assessment and risk warning, it uses methods of analysis of literature research, case analysis, model building and system analysis to make the research of the lean supply chain coordination risk early-warning of automobile manufacturing enterprises.Besides, it innovatively constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the automobile manufacturing enterprise's lean supply chain coordination risk and offers relevant warning countermeasures and Suggestions. So it provides certain theoretical reference for the effective implementation of the lean supply chain coordination of automobile manufacturing enterprises, and reducing their risk of coordination.
