Study On The Risk Early-warning Management System Of Supply Chain

Under the ubiquitous risk environment, the study on the risk early-warning management system of supply chain has a very important theoretical value and realistic meaning. On the basis of attempting to draw the researched results, the paper integrated the related theory of supply chain risk management and constructed the risk early-warning management system of supply chain based on the precontrol.The paper has six parts.1,Research background and meaning of this thesis were researched in the introduction. The introduction drew a conclusion that the study on the risk early-warning management system of supply chain was very urgent. Then, domestic and foreign research present situation was analyzed from four angles, i.e, human's early management thought, the impelling force to the modern enterprise risk management, supply chain risk management content and the development of economy early warning doctrine.2,The second part studied the basic principles, method and logic flow of the supply chain risk early-warning, and offered a solid theoretical foundation for the third part and the fourth part.3,After demonstrating the possibility of constructing the risk early-warning management system of supply chain , the third part delineated a framework for the system on the premise of following the system establishing principles, and studied several subsystem.4,The fourth part is the emphasis and difficulty of this paper. At first, this part started from the supply chain risk identification, and established the supply chain risk early-warning index system. Then, this part constructed the supply chain risk early-warning model by BP neural network theory, and verified the model in practice.5,The fifth studied the supporting system, running process and the points for attention of the system running.6,The sixth part illustrated the main viewpoint, innovation and deficiency in the paper.
