With the development of the information technique and the global competitive market, the manufacturing enterprises are in greatly demand of realizing their performance analysis and recombination reconstruction through the execution of information process. It aims at optimizing the enterprise management mode and improving the efficiency and competition of the enterprise.Holonic manufacturing is a highly distributed control paradigm based on a kind of autonomous and cooperative entity called "holon". A virtual enterprise (VE) is a temporary coalition of distributed, autonomous and cooperative member enterprise (ME) and its organizational architecture has typical features of holonic systems.Modeling Research of Enterprise Dynamic Alliance Process Based On Holonic , Because,The problem of partner selection for the virtual enterprise is very vital, which directly affects the result of the virtual enterprise.At the same time, the partner selection and optimization is the important phase of the formation of the virtual enterprise. In this phase, it needs to measure all sorts of factors, to check the candidates comprehensively, and to select the optimal partners combination. Research on the partner selection has been the hotspot since the concept of virtual enterprise was put forward in 1991. However, the researchers primarily focus on the index system or the selecting means, but yet without a systematic project. Furthermore, the process of the partner selection has the characters of dynamic combination, multi-index and substantial result, which accords with the features of the bad configuration decision. It is benefiting to use the decision support system to deal with that sort of problems. Based on all consideration, this paper engages in the research and development of DSS for the virtual enterprise partner selection to the effect that an effectual support is offered for the initiator to select perfect partners.The theory and method of multi-attribute group decision-making are studied in this dissertation. The concept of objective weight of decision-makers is put forward, and the method to determine the obiective weieht of decision-makers on the base of AHP judgment and ranking vector is given respectively. Moreover,the subjective and objective weight are integrated into final weight of the decision-maker by means of convex combination. In addition, Linguistic variable and fuzzy number are used to represent the decision-makers' subjective and imprecise judgment on attributes andalternatives, three kinds of influence of decision-makers' evaluations on group evaluation are considered, and then a kind of multi-attribute group decision-making method is presented. Decision-makers behavior is analyzed by means of the knowledge of behavior sciences and psychology.In the end, a numerical example is given to clarify the developed algorithm and demonstrate its effectiveness and practicality.
