A Study On The Enterprise Investment Expansion And Competitiveness Raise

Investment expansion is not only the effective way of raising enterprise's competitiveness, but also a direct driving force of promoting national and regional economic growth, expanding employment and improving social welfare. Enterprise not only needs expanding reproduction by accumulated profits, but also needs seeking expansion capital by the financing function of financial market. Since China's reform and opening up, the domestic enterprise's development by investment injected a powerful vitality to the healthy development of our economy and society. But at present, under the macro background of domestic financial market'improvement, the mechanism and path of raising competitiveness through enterprise's investment expansion need to be reconsidered. In view of this, the paper will be of certain theoretical and practical significance.Referring to the theories of Western economics, financial markets, enterprise investment, capital operation, and other related subject knowledge, this paper attempts a systematical study on the enterprise investment expansion and raising competitiveness based on the theoretical level; it is divided into six chapters. In chapter one, there is a summary about the background and significance of topic-selection, the research actuality and its methods and contents. Chapter two reviews the theoretical basis for enterprise investment and expansion, mainly including enterprise investment and investment expansion, basic theories of the enterprise investment expansion, and the technology-oriented and monopoly power-oriented of the enterprises investment expansion. ChapterⅢanalyzes the basic and innovative form, and micro and macro effect of enterprise investment expansion. ChapterⅣanalyzes the general theory of enterprise competitiveness, proposes the alternative methods and relevant indicators system of evaluating the enterprise competitiveness. ChapterⅤdiscusses the effect mechanism and path of investment expansion on raising enterprise competitiveness, and analyzes the correlated indicators based on the theoretic level. The last chapter put forward relevant measures of supporting enterprise investment expansion based on the angle of financial market. The main innovations of this paper are as follows:First, the paper discusses the decision issue of enterprise investment including content, method and effect, based on the capital operation theory and the combination of historical logic and reality logic. Second, it is analyzed that the effect mechanism and path of investment expansion on raising enterprise competitiveness. Third, the paper put forward some relevant suggestion to enhance the support function of financial market by using system theory and game theory methods. Due to various reasons, there must be some inadequacies points in this paper. For example, this paper mainly discusses the function of enterprise investment expansion to raising the competitiveness from the angle of theoretical level, and lacks the relevant empirical test. Obviously, a deeper and further study in these inadequacies will be a good extending and deepening for this paper.
