In today's knowledge economy period, rapid technological innovation in the large environment, technology is always the first productivity, and technology is controlled by people with a high grade in human capital who plays a pioneering role in the development of enterprises, those knowledge, experience, creativity and the ability to deal with things that they have mastered and keen insight directly affect the way forward, the people who own human capital dominate the enterprise market adaptability, and these people is the decisive force in the development of enterprises. Therefore, human capital more and more highlighted the irreplaceable.Because of rapid updating of knowledge, technological advances, companies must have a team of employees who master the technological frontier to make themselves invincible. Therefore, enterprises should keep up with advancing technology trend, in line with the right attitude towards investment in human capital. Many enterprises have recognized the importance of human capital investment, in light of the actual of their company, they designed and implemented their human capital investment plan, for the purpose of revenue, the investment risk of course cannot be avoided, but during the process of human capital investment implementation and the process of new formation human capital goes into production, because of the characteristics of human capital, there is great uncertainty, if don't take scientific and reasonable precautions will enable enterprises to suffer unexpected losses.Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study human capital investment risk prevention measures, by combing the literatures between our country and abroad, and found that the perspective is different, they focus on education, the macro view, but we focus on human capital investment, the microscopic view. Although a lot of Chinese literature on human capital investment in research, more is to assess other, more complex calculations, practicality is not strong, I believe that human capital investment in risk aversion, the key is prevention, which is a hedge against in the first place.This paper stand the point of China's enterprises, using human capital investment theory, game theory analyze enterprise human capital investment, enterprise Human capital investment risks that may exist, and prevention research on enterprise Human capital investment risks. During the process of human capital investment, enterprises and employees are in varying degrees, bear the risk, this paper aims to study enterprise human capital investment and risk from the perspective of the enterprise. All views are all from the perspective of the enterprise. This paper argues that: human capital investment are the key risk factors, so people began to study from analysis, the psychological interaction between people of course can not be ignored, this use of game theory analysis of investment in knowledge or use may exist game, and setting up the game model to analyze the recruitment process, training process, the investment in the production process and the game between enterprises, and the revelation given according to the model the corresponding treatment options. Finally, based on the analysis of game theory to supplement summarize, present a risk of human capital investment in preventive measures.
