Mergers and Acquisitions(M&A),as optimizing resource allocation,to achieve economies of scale,effective means of improving ecnomic efficiency,has been more and more widely accepted by listed company policymakers. As China's stock market continue to improve and mature,mergers and acquisitions of listed companies is becoming a hot topic of China's economy by more and more attention of scholars. Whether M&A can improve performance effectively or not has aroused the domestic and foreign academic enormously attention.In view of the development of Chinese Listed Company's stage characteristics, this paper takes 61 listed companies as the sample, using factor analysis from the selected 14 financial indexes in the extraction of principal components and sets up integrated-point-function model,then comparing integrate performance score of M&A by Paired Sample T Test.The research showed that the financial condition of acquiring companies mainly showed a certain degree improvement in the following year,specially in the financial ratios which evaluated the operating performance and the growth abilities,but in the other part,the financial ratios about the debt risk were not very good;M&A transations basically has no significiant influence on the long-tern performance.Finally,the author gives some suggestions for improving the acquisition performance of Chinese listed companies.
