The level of inventory management directly affect the profits and operating costs, and replenishment mode is the key of inventory management. Replenishment mode is the way of the supermarket replenishing their stocks, it determines whether enterprises and consumers can balance supply and demand, directly affecting their relationship and impacting to the enterprise's operating conditions, so the choice of replenishment mode determine the nventory management level of enterprises, thereby affecting the competitive advantage and development in the future. This thesis puts forward CPFR optimization thought and design a specific, highly operative improvement program on the comprehensive analysis of the replenishment management in a supermarket chains.The thesis sorted and compared the management-related theory on inventory and replenishment mode in the supply chain and introduced POS system and CPFR theory detailedly.It determined to apply the the CPFR replenishment mode and related theories on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign CPFR development process and current situation. By application of process analysis, system analysis, the thesis deeply studied replenishmen management mode from the replenishment system, replenishment goals, replenishment KPI, replenishment process and replenishment management deapartment and found the problem of current replenishment mode that led to its inventory issues, affecting the overall competitiveness.Refered to the fact of M company, Followed the CPFR process and guidelines, for the purpose of achieving the objective of optimizing programs, after setting the overall planning and guidance of CPFR replenishment general thinking of M Company, the thesis designed the datails of every step in CPFR process.In order to protect the smooth and effectiveness of CPFR implementation, the thesis studied the implementation safeguards from the organization, training, regulation and technology.The thesis not only can improve the level of replenishment and inventory management of M company but also provide a reference and a mirror for the other supermarket chains to implement CPFR replenishment management.
