A Study On Sustainable Tourism Development Of Xiamen City Based On The Method Of Synchronous Coordinate Judgement

As the growing role in promoting the economy, till today tourism is no longer a simple competition among the scenic spots,but the comprehensive strength.Adding the city environment which is the most important resource of sustainable tourism development and urban tourism is strategic measures in building a modern city in which the economy is prosperous,the society is stable,the environment is beautiful.Although Xiamen City is a modern and international harbor city,the sustainable tourism development is the best choice for its long-term development.Combing qualitative and quantitative research,part and the overall analysis,this paper refines the related core concepts by analyzing the related studies at home and abroad.On the basis of clearing the circumstance about Xiamen's society,tourism and environment, it analyses carefully the tourism system, the environment system,the society system and there deviation and optimization degree by using method of Synchronous Coordinate Judgement and selecting 16 indicators in all,such as:the total tourism revenue,the tourism foreign exchange,the compliance rate of discharged industrial wastewater,the average consistency of PM10 or TSP,per capita GDP, per capita public green spaces.Then the paper summarize the obstacle of Xiamen's sustainable tourism development from 1998-2008.For the problems in the past decade, finally it proposes the path selection about Xiamen's sustainable tourism development in the future.
