The Research On Development Strategy Of Leisure Tourism In Changsha

Entering into the 21st century, economic society based on knowledge creation and information have come, knowledge society based on knowledge production, distribution and use,has pushed the reorganization the social production of various elements, which brings the traditional values, lifestyles and social operation mode changed. The high personal status of physical life trend brings spiritual life refined. Reflected in the tourism industry, it has new space and mission of its development, its single recreation function of traditional tourism has turned to leisure function.People have been more and more subjected to favor of leisure tourism, emerging the magic charm and prosperous vitality. Leisure tourism caters to "return to nature and enjoy themselves" the psychological needs of urbanite,for improving the quality of tourism, enrich the connotation of tourism, and promoting tourism faster and better development has an important theoretical and practical significance.Europe,the United States and other countries have the more developed leisure tourism industry, leisure services have turned the standardization and centralization to personalized service,China's leisure tourism industry started relatively late,compared with western countries,the level maturity is not high.Compared with Chengdu, Hangzhou and other well-known leisure cities, Changsha's development of leisure tourism has its own resources advantages and cultural characteristics. Changsha has good natural and human environment, geographic conditions compares to the other captical cities of the central provinces have great advantages, is rich in leisure resources, the residents have better leisure consumer awareness and greater ability, Changsha has the general terms to become a "leisure city".Changsha city's leisure tourism, leisure entertainment and media industry have a good foundation and impact, city's unique leisure music halls, bars, bath and media culture, make Changsha's leisure tourism activities permeated with the culture of leisure entertainment.This paper based on the Changsha City leisure and entertainment industries, relies on the predecessors' study in the leisure and tourism, with Changsha city's long history of deep cultural resources, demonstrates and analyzes related situations of Changsha leisure tourism. This paper briefly introduces the far-reaching influence to Changsha City's tourism industry development of the physical geography of Changsha City, the socio-economic profiles and Hu-Xiang culture; with some theories of tourism development, from the subjects, objects, medium three aspects analyzes Changsha City's development of leisure tourism for a detailed feasibility; Meanwhile, surveys Changsha City tourist market in the form of a questionnaire and made leisure tourism market demand related discussion and analysis. In the last half part of the paper, combines the general principles of leisure tourism development with Changsha City's specific condition, brings forward Changsha City's leisure tourism development strategies and mode of operation.
