Low-income immigrants as research object, this thesis acquires first-hand data from nearly 400 samples. Combining questionnaire information with statistical data, the research process focuses on Job-Housing Spatial Relationship and relevant topics of society, economy and public policy. Two models, static model and dynamic model, are built in order to conclude and evaluate influencing factors on Job-Housing Spatial Relationship.Static model includes two specific models, individual-isolated model and individual-family model. Commute time as dependent variable, the two models reveal that Job-Housing Spatial Relationship is influenced by four factors. Housing location and commuting cost are two primary factors. Income and job location are the rest two secondary factors.Based on static model, dynamic model is structured with external variables, trying to combine internal decision-making mechanism (conclusion by static model) and external environment, then to explain Job-Housing Spatial Relationship's reactions to environment changes. Result shows that two primary factors also react more notably to environment changes than the other two.
