Research On The "Ant Tribe" Housing Problem In Beijing From The Perspective Of Demand

With the speeding up of China’s economic and social structure transformation,as a group full of Chinese characteristics,“ant tribe” appeared.In the face of high housing prices and strict request for affordable housing,“ant tribe” housing safeguard has become a problem that the current government and social from all walks of life needs to be thought about.On the basis of fully understand of Beijing “ant tribe” housing problem,this article aims to find out various factors that may influence Beijing “ant tribe” by road trip and questionnaire survey,as well as a set of Beijing “ant tribe” exclusive housing basic standards will be designed,and a policy on settlement mechanism will be put forward to solve practical problems.As a fact that housing research on “ant tribe” are relatively few,so research about “ant tribe” in Beijing housing problem is very meaningful.Theoretically,analyze the “ant tribe” in Beijing housing problem more comprehensively,summarizes the development of affordable housing in Beijing and housing policy evolution about Beijing “ant tribe” systematically,work out the influencing factors of “ants” housing demand through the analysis of the empirical demand to fill the theory blank to solve the problem of “ant tribe” housing problem.Practically,design housing basic standards from the perspective of demand,and comprehensive settlement mechanism,provided advice on the feasibility of operation at the same time.Literature analysis method,comparative analysis method,descriptive inventories,regression analysis method,was integrated used in this article.Put study of “ant tribe” in Beijing housing from the perspective of demand as the core content.First of all,put forward questions through a study on the research background.Secondly,look for direction on the basis of a lot of classical literature at home and abroad.Thirdly,do analysis on the “ant tribe” in Beijing housing condition and problem,do empirical research on the housing demand at the same time.And then find out the influencing factors of housing demand by using regression analysis method.Finally,design a set of basic standards to balance supply and demand contradiction of housing,and put forward the corresponding settlement mechanism.The study found that Beijing “ants” housing problem is severe.Their specific housing needs are not being met yet.Through the empirical study of housing demand “ant tribe” in Beijing,the article cleared about the influencing factors to the ideal minimum housing area,the highest rent acceptable,housing application and the influence factors of housing location choice.Based on comparative analysis of the housing demand this article designed “ant tribe” in Beijing housing basic standards creatively which stipulated specific measurable.Besides,mechanism was proposed from the policy level to committed to improving the housing situation of the “ant tribe” in Beijing.
