Research On Corporate Production Network And Management In Export Processing Zone

Along with the global production integration and the global value chain is transferred to developing countries to deepen constantly longitudinal, export processing zone in promoting the development of developing countries in the development of export-oriented economy status, function and problems caused the domestic and foreign relevant scholars'attention and research has formed some representative theory and research method. Mainly includes for export processing zone basic theory research, development situation and future development trend of research, policy analysis and research and so on macroscopic aspect, and related information for different regional export processing zone development situation, problems and policy Suggestions of empirical research. Due to the export processing zone as a special policy implementation of industrial area, such enterprises in the area herein and related enterprise composed of enterprise network is a miniature of the global value chain system, and therefore the global value chain theory system and localization of research for processing production enterprise network research provides an effective economic theory tools. Meanwhile, some domestic scholars also have taken from the enterprise production methods such as relatively micro-perspective special policies for processing zone under the condition of enterprise operation mode change region of the policy of expanding were studied and analyzed.Although the export processing zone is a special implementation of industrial policy area, but businesses in the region is part of global value chains, with global production, trade integration and domestic manufacturing and service capabilities on the rise, domestic enterprises and industries on the global value gradually embedded in the chain to the "smiling curve" both ends of the extension. Various production processes processing enterprises in the area such as purchasing, sales, service and other sectors as well as the degree of localization factors of production there has been a significant increase in the export processing zones as the core of all multinational production network has undergone significant changes From the simple "two out" to the production network localization, complex, sophisticated development. This change makes the production activities of enterprises and export processing zones set up at the beginning of the policy framework and regulatory fit between the way more and more low, policy framework and regulatory approach to some extent hindered the enterprise network even further optimization and improvement more on the development of export processing zones and regional industrial upgrading, resulting in adverse effects. Although the Government departments and relevant agencies have been from a macro point of view function setting on the export processing zones and policy analysis research and the corresponding adjustment, but that the current lack of an export processing zone enterprises as the core production process in-depth study of network changes and analysis, making way for a policy framework and regulatory adjustments often lag behind changes in the relationship between the corporate network.Regarding the problems exist in export processing zone enterprise production network and management styles, this study adopts case study's methodology together with the global value chain theory, localized production and enterprise production network theory research through production network of five key enterprises in zhejiang Hangzhou export processing zone characterization and analysis, concludes the export processing zone enterprises as the core enterprise production network dynamic changes of the process, regularity and future development trends, the paper analyses the enterprise production network development agent and mechanisms. Meanwhile on the basis of enterprise production network relations study, this research put forward, fit and proved the export processing zone enterprise production network and management mode, became a theoretical model for optimization export processing zone future development and management methods.Through theoretical exploration and case studies, this study got the following conclusion.(1) Take export processing zone enterprises as the core enterprise life network development conforms the global value chain theory, the law of the localization is a dynamic process.(2) Export processing zone as an executive management bureau in special industrial area, its management mode for enterprise production network construction has certain stimulative effect, but with the industrial transfer deepened and localization process, there is certain degree restriction in its network and localization development.(3) Three aspects in export processing zone management mode, tax policy, a gleam of regulators execution and policy adjustments, the enterprise production network relationship respectively relevant with construction cost, enterprise network localization degree and the core enterprise management performance.This study deepen the export processing zone enterprises as the core enterprise production network and management methods of research and made the following progress:firstly, forward and fit models of export processing zone enterprises production network and management mode. Secondly, it dynamically characterized and analyzed the process rules of export processing zone enterprises'production network changes. Somehow, based on the academic accomplishment of the researchers, there are also some defects. In the last part of this study, the limitations of this research together with future issues have been appointed.
