The Affections Of Industries Income Disparity

With the reform and opening's development and the national economy's rapid growth, China's income gap among industries have shown a growing trend, which led negative effects to industries'own development, the concept of people's careers, and social stability. Industries'widening income gap has become an increasingly serious social problem. Whether the contradictions are handled properly or not is related to the full realization of well-off society, the harmony of the society, the stabilization of the society and some other questions.Many factors affect the revenue of different industries, including some rational factors such as:human capital level, the labor input, industry development, and industry technical level, some irrational factors are also existed, such as:administrative monopoly, barriers to protect the industry. When we do the specific implementation to narrowing the income gap of the industries, we should distinguish the reasonable and the unreasonable factors, reduce the gap gradually with pertinence. At present, Chinese scholars'research on the affections of income disparity among different industries is gradually in-depth, but mainly do the research on income affections not income disparity, they often build simple linear model using industries income and one or two factors, the indicators of influencing factors are too simple, they usually use single indicators to reflect a factor. Therefore, in this paper I colligate the factors affecting income gap among industries base on previous articles, build index systems, use panel model to reflect the affections of income and then do a further step to reflect the different affections impact on income gap.The article's context is divided into introduction, description of the status, index building, demonstration, policy proposals, concluded these six parts. The first chapter is introductory section, mainly introduces the background of writing and significance of research and then review the theory, summarizing the description of previous methods, the factors that affect the industries'revenue, the indicators have impact on industries' revenue, the methods to synthesize indicators of panel data and the methods of correlation analysis to determine the indicators and methods will be used in the following description and demonstration. The second chapter is the description of current situation, mainly use descriptive statistics and quantitative Theil Index which concluded from the review, to describe the developments of income gap among the current industries. In chapter three, I use the panel data including 16 indicators, nine industries,10 years'data to build a panel data which has resources, human level, the level of industry-level these three factors by combining subjective weighting and objective weighting. Chapter three and chapter four are closely linked, chapter four uses three factors panel data calculated from chapter three and industries'income to build a panel model, using the coefficient between industries and three factors to reflect which is the main factor leading to different industries'income level, then use the result of panel data to do a further calculation, we can see different industries'income gap have different affections. In chapter five I will give some recommendations according to chapters four's demonstration results. The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the article, I mainly review the process of the writing after the completion, propose some ways to improve the shortcomings.
