The Strategy Study Of The Modern Producer Services Development In Dalian

In the 21st century, the service industries tend to the densification of knowledge and technology which has gradually replaced the industry's position in the national economy and become an important indicator to judge the modernization level of a country's economy. As the core of the modern service industry, producer services have become an integral part of the development of modern economy. The development of production is a major initiative to face the financial crisis, is the objective need to promote the economy and society to develop sound and fast, is an effective means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Now, Dalian is China's coastal city, its level of producer services is in the lead in Liaoning Province, but compared with the good development cities like Beijing and Shanghai,it is still lagging behind, so it is essential to analyze the production service industry in Dalian and to find the problems in the development and to give some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the development of the.producer services in Dalian.In this paper, we use the methods of combination of the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to make a more comprehensive analysis of the development of producer services in Dalian.It analyzes the factors that influence the producer services from various industries in the internal of producer services in Dalian, and give some reference policies to the development of the producer services in Dalian.This thesis first introduces the domestic and international situation of the producer services, defines the concept, classification and characteristics of the producer services and makes an analysis of the development status and trends of producer services. Secondly,it makes a study on the development constraints elements of the producer services in Dalian.Third, it makes a systemetic analysis of the influencial factors of the producer services in Dalian from the perspective of empirical analysis, and finally, using the method of SWOT to analyze the current situation,it summarizes the results of the previous analysis and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to the development of the producer services in Dalian,and the countermeasures are consistent with the actual situation of the producer services in Dalian which have some reference value.
