Study On Financial Strategy Of Xianglian Corporate In Xiangtan

Nowadays, the world economy is being more and more complex and changeful. Xiangtan is the center of processing Xianglian in Hunan province and in china, the Xianglian industrial of Xiangtan is facing huge pressure of developing. To help Chinese corporate survive on the environment of financial crisis, financial department of my nation point out that our corporate should establish and use financial strategic in the hard environment. So, according to the corporate life-cycle theory and the matrix theory of financial strategic, this thesis aims to help Xianglian corporate in Xiangtan to choice and establish the proper financial strategic. Therefore, the research has the important practical significance.The thesis divides five chapters. The 1st chapter proposes the purpose and significance of research, reviews the internal and external correlative literature, and points out the research guidelines, methods, important points and hard points. The 2nd chapter clarifies the definition, position, characteristic and contents of financial strategy, and introduces the basic matrix theory of financial strategic. The 3rd chapter introduces status quo of Xianglian corporate in Xiangtan, researches the status situation of financial strategy,then gives the suggests which can help the corporate improve their financial strategy. The 4th chapter researches the status quo of financial strategy of A corporate which is a Xianglian business in Xiangtan,on the basic of matrix theory of financial strategic, and than gives some good suggest about financial strategy to A corporate. And the last chapter draws the main conclusions based upon studies.
