Recently the acceleration of the globalization of economy and the rapid development of science technology and high-tech industry, Consequently, the financial market becomes perfect and the financial innovation and market innovation and the mergers and acquisitions between enterprises gets more and more common, which makes the circumstance of enterprise change continuously Under such situation,it is difficult to make the enterprise stand erect in the world simply relying on quantitative form without strategic management. Some enterprises in crisis or leading to failure is due in large part to the significant financial matters of improper arrangement, the financial crisis is not resolved timely and effectively. Therefore it is a significant problem that how to make effective and reasonable arrangements for financial matters, requiring enterprises have the concept of strategy, financial strategy management.It is in such historical conditions, the concept of strategy has been introduced into the financial management, financial management to promote development of financial strategy management. Compared with the traditional financial management, financial management strategy is more concerned about long-term effective flow of funds to enterprises and the realization of value, through the analysis of the situation and development trend of the financial environment in the process of business management and forecast the future trend of enterprise funds, how to increase the ratio of funds, the financing channels of funds needed; when you can make whether the investment, income distribution, and so on, which can take measures in advance to deal with. So the financial strategic management to grasp and control of the uncertain factors in the course of business enterprise.This paper will combine the case of Chitianhua analysis enterprise financial strategy from the perspective of enterprise life cycle, and provide research thinking for establishment of enterprise financial strategy, but also hope to enrich the research on financial strategy management theory. In this paper, the first chapter is the introduction, put forward the financial strategy management of enterprise life cycle issues, as well as to the life cycle theory and the theory of financial strategy are summarized and reviewed. Foreign and domestic scholars have pointed out that the enterprise has its own life cycle like creatures, but whether it is the ten stage five stage growth model, growth curve, S Edith of the enterprise life cycle or correction model, enterprise life cycle consists of a long, start-up period, mature period and decline period, each stage there will be all kinds of risk enterprises will lead to recession or even a decline, but at the same time, enterprises can also through reform, innovation to extend a certain stage, or the business transformation in a certain stage, has entered a new stage of life cycle. Research on the financial strategy can be divided into the basic theory research on the financial strategy includes the connotation, composition, frame theory; Financial Strategy Research Based on life cycle; Financial Strategy Research Based on incremental value; steps of implementation of financial strategy design. This paper is mainly based on the enterprise life cycle theory to study the financial strategy. In this paper, in order to Chitianhua Limited by Share Ltd’s financial strategy as the research object, adopts the method of case study, the life cycle of enterprise financial strategy are analyzed. The second part: the enterprise life cycle analysis and financial strategy management theory. Mainly expounds the connotation of enterprise life cycle, the connotation of financial strategic management and corporate life cycle and the correlation analysis of the financial strategy management, provide certain theoretical basis for the following case analysis. The third part:CHTH financial strategic management present situation and problem analysis. This part firstly introduces the overview of CHTH, secondly analyses the CHTH financial strategic management present situation, finally to CHTH financial strategic management problems are analyzed. The fourth part:based on the enterprise life cycle CHTH financial strategy formulation and implementation. First of all, from the internal and external environment analysis of CHTH financial strategy, second is pointed out that the goal of CHTH financial strategy and planning, finally, the financial strategy implementation CHTH from two aspects of budget management and financial strategic performance evaluation are described. The fifth part:based on the life cycle of enterprise financial strategy management. The main environmental conditions optimization and construction of the financial strategy management puts forward some Suggestions. The sixth part:conclusion. Clear conclusion of the paper, the research limitations and future research direction.This article mainly adopts normative research method and case study research method. First of all, using the standard research method. To collect life cycle at home and abroad, financial strategy, on the basis of related papers and works, combining the actual case of CHTH company, sum up out the cause of the problems existed in the company’s financial strategy, and aims at the actual situation of the company’s business and industry background, brings forward new ideas on CHTH company financial strategy.
