Research And Development Of Construction And Installation Enterprises Cost Control MIS

With the rapid development of information revolution in modern times, the competition between the enterprises is increasingly intense. Especially after our country joins in the World Trade Organization, information has become another important resource after land, capital and labor. How to promote the cost control level of construction and installation enterprises and how to improve the degree of enterprises information using modern information technology, automation technology and computer technology, has become one of the most important problems to construction and installation enterprises in the present stage. This paper takes small and medium-sized construction and installation enterprises information construction as research subject and tries to design and develop cost control management information system for domestic construction and installation enterprises, to make it easy for them to realize the information-based control of cost. Through system analysis, system design, system's implementation, this paper gradually completes the task in the end.At first, this paper analyzes the characters of small and medium-sized Chinese construction and installation enterprises and summarizes the present situation of its cost control management.Then, in view of the fact presented above, this paper try to establish and realize the very cost control system which is reasonable and applicable for small and medium-sized construction and installation enterprises. The cost control system designed in this paper is divided into five aspects. They are the deepening of the design cost control system, labour cost control system, material procurement cost control system, material consumption cost control system and tool management system. They cooperate with each other and complement each other that they constitute a comprehensive effective cost control system.After that, I develop the cost control management information system. Corresponding to the cost control system of five parts, cost control system is divided into the corresponding five modules. Based on the construction and installation enterprise cost management system research background and the practice of building installation business, such as Liao Ning Tianyi Group and so on, the author develop the system, and will improve it step by step, that at last, the system can be used by general domestic small and medium-sized construction and installation enterprise. In the process of research and development of this system, according to the actual demand of the construction and installation enterprises cost control, the management information system has been upgraded continuously. The updating of the system based on the design but is not confined to the design patterns of this system. Eventually, the construction and installation enterprise cost management system meeting the requirements of small and medium-sized construction and installation enterprises cost control in domestic. Finally, the article summarize the process of system research and development, and points out the deficiency of this system, that puts forward the system development vision and also points out the improving direction, which carries on an outlook on the follow-up work of this system.
