Therefore, in the present circumstances, It's necessary to discuss from the comprehensive building of catastrophe loss compensation system, improving catastrophe compensation system and safeguard people's lives, as well as the post-disaster reconstruction, playing the social security system in the catastrophic protection.This article studies for China's catastrophic risk loss compensation system in terms of system innovation.
