The Relationship Between Socialization Of Labor And Social Modernization

It is a never-ending exploration of both external and internal world since the date human beings were born. Because of the limitation of human knowledge and practice, we had not revealed the mysteries of the history of social development and the law of social development for millions of years. Until modern times, with the increasing knowledge about the external world, and the development of human cognitive ability, on the basis of abundant sensibility materials, Karl Marx ultimately found the law of social development, and pointed out that all human activity hitherto has been labor. The history is created by human beings through labor. However, the history of labor is not the same as their understanding of labor and themselves.Labor problem is the cornerstone of historical materialism as the fundamental and important question category of Marxist philosophy. Socialization of labor is the inevitable trend of the development of labor, and it is also a very long process historical development. The essence of the socialization of labor is the development of productive forces, and is all-round development and people's free and comprehensive development. The socialization of labor is bound to lead to the development of social economic.As the process of social increasing and creation, social modernization is the process of social innovation and development. At present, specialists and scholars study a lot on social modernization from the economic and sociological point of view, and a few from the angle of philosophy. Therefore, this dissertation attempts to make a further study of the history of labor development in order to seek the footprints of the laws of social development.This paper attempt to reveals the relationship between socialization of labor and modernization of economy,modernization of science and technology and economic globalization, which is the most three parts of social modernization. This dissertation will be divided into 5 parts as followed:The introduction illustrates the concept and the theoretical sources of labor, and in the core of historical materialism. ChapterⅠ, socialization of labor:the necessary precondition for economic modernization. From three aspects of connotation and essence,concrete conformation and significance of social influence of socialization of labor, to search the mutual relation of socialization of labor and social modernization.ChapterⅡ, modernization of science and technology:the important impetus of socialization of labor. This is to analyses the function of science and technology in the process of socialization of labor development, the mutual relation of socialization of labor, science and technology, to prove necessary connection of socialization of labor and modernization of science and technology.ChapterⅢ, economic globalization:the inevitable trend of socialization of labor development. First, it is going to review of the prognostication of economic globalization by Marx, then discuss the intrinsic mechanism of socialization of labor enlarging the international intercourse, in order to push process of socialization of labor development, analysis the inner contact of socialization of labor and economic globalization.ChapterⅣ, experiences and enlightenments:the gains and losses of our socialist modernization construction. Discuss the experience and failure applying to the theory of socialization of labor development, contacting with the 60 years of socialist construction experiences and frustrations. Then show the important theoretical roles and values which socialization of labor had made in the process of socialist construction, respectively from three angles of the market economy, ownership means of production and social systems.
