The Performance Evaluation System Of China's Innovative Enterprises

With the unique technical advantage and sustainable development ability, Innovative enterprises in our country have become the first-class in the fierce market competition. How to evaluate the operating performance brought by the innovative enterprises' innovative capability objectively and scientifically has become a hot discussion topic among the scholars and enterprise managers. In this paper, the author make the innovative enterprise listed companies as a may research object. In order to evaluate the innovative enterprise performance more scientifically and objectively, the author analysis various factors which influence the management performance of innovative enterprises.In this paper, the author uses expert scoring and AHP to get index weights of the innovative enterprise performance evaluation system which bases on the consensus principle and the innovative enterprises' special characteristics. Then, the author analyzes the index system in two levels which are financial dimension and overall dimension to get a operational innovative enterprise performance indicator-system.This paper has four parts. Firstly, by reviewing the existing literatures and theoretical analysis, the anthor construct the innovative enterprise performance evaluation theory foundation. At the same time, the anthor expounds the standard of the enterprises'performance evaluation induces to provide the necessary theoretical foil for the subsequent research. Secondly, this part is the focus of this research articles. Based on the related theory of performance evaluation and its own characteristics of innovative enterprise in China, the author built a new performance evaluation index system. Thirdly,by comparing various evaluation methods of the enterprises' performance evaluation induces, the anthor choose the Analytic hierarchy process as the evaluation method. Last, the author found 110 innovation-oriented enterprises listed companies for the the empirical analysis. After the above research and analysis, the author finds that the coefficients derived from the principal component analysis are basically the same with the rate coefficients derived from the AHP and the evaluation by experts. This illustrates the rationality of the system. The author also finds that innovation input capacity of sales revenue proportion of innovative enterprises, business performance is more forward position, therefore, innovative enterprises should pay full attention to innovation investment to enhance the innovation capability, overall business performance and Competitiveness, finally to promote the long-term sustainable development of innovation enterprises.
