Abstract/Summary:
The human resource is the most precious wealth for any enterprise, and the employee satisfaction degree directly impact their behavior and achievements, which normally play a key role in survival and development of enterprises. the employee, as the direct creator of profit, will work hard and positively create more values for the enterprise if the employee satisfaction degree is higher. If the employee satisfaction degree is low, the employee will loss the motivation which will reduce their working efficiency and working quality or even can cause their resignation Therefore, the enterprise must raise employee satisfaction degree, stimulates enthusiasm, activity and creativity accordingly, keep the employees in their best mood and develop their wisdom in working, which will make the enterprise success in the intense market competition.Employee satisfaction research in the international academic community has been an enduring issue. In the course of the study, the first of a wide range of literature as the theoretical basis, and then in the study had in-depth understanding of the premise, and concludes with reference to China and Laos have been aggregated employee satisfaction measurement scale, design clothing for the preparation of the Satisfaction Scale. This is more in the main garment enterprises of China and Laos, employee satisfaction, Laos and China in the garment industry for employee satisfaction surveys, in Laos and China 84 and 53 valid questionnaires. Through the analysis of questionnaire data, the effective sample by sex, age, educational background, job categories and time worked in the Unit is divided into different groups of samples, the value of different characteristics to compare the impact on employee satisfaction research. Because the two countries belong to the Asian country of Laos, as a student but I would like a deeper understanding of China and Laos are two countries, the impact of employee satisfaction factors of garment enterprises. Even the results of the study in order to further improve the management level staff of the Lao garment industry, and provide a basis to enhance employee satisfaction, to the management of employees in the enterprise but also to help the investors in China think of a better understanding of the Lao Factors Affecting Employee SatisfactionThe study found that the Lao garment industry employees work itself, work rewards, work environment, corporate culture and work in all aspects of trust than the Chinese garment industry with high employee satisfaction, in the average ratio of 3.46 and 2.38 between the total calculation (P<0.05)Finally, the theoretical and empirical basis of test results, respectively, from the Western and Eastern management Point of view, the findings are discussed, and the front-line workers to raise the foreign bank employee satisfaction, made on Policy recommendations.
