The prominent position of Laos is located in the center of the three regional economies of China,Southeast Asia and South Asia,it is in the north of China,and has the good geographical position supports two economic cooperation,and carry out economic cooperation between China and the southeast Asia and South Asia countries.Developing the China invested enterprises of Laos,needs the support of human resources,Chinese enterprises output parts of talents to support the development of the China invested enterprises of Laos.Chinese employees in China invested enterprises of Laos face different social and natural environment,such as the employees need to adapt to hot weather environment,suffer separate relationship with their own family and so on,these external conditions affect the efficiency and effectiveness of employees in China invested enterprises of Laos.With the development of the management theories of modern human resource,many studies had proposed the concept of job satisfaction,but the later studies have shown that job satisfaction is not a good predictor of job performances.With the development of psychology,the concept of subjective well-being putting forwarded,and the subjective well-being of employees in the field of human resource management has been studied popularly.The subjective well-being of the employees in enterprise includes the evaluation of the work,and the evaluation of the life and the environment.Although there are a lot of studies on the employees' well-being in mainland of China,but in the multinational environment,the relevant theory is not necessarily established or the relationship between the relevant variables is not necessarily significant.Therefore,in this paper,based on the background of Lao culture,it is necessary to explore the influence factors of employee's occupational well-being by using the regression analysis.This paper consists of 5 parts.(1)Introduction.This part is mainly about the research background,research significance,research content,technical routes,research methods and possible innovation points.(2)Domestic and international research review.This paper summarizes the related research on the influence factors of employees' job well-being at home and abroad,and summarizes the possible research trends.(3)Theoretical model and research hypothesis.On the basis of theoretical research,combined with the situation of the China invested enterprises of Laos,a theoretical model was established,and the research hypothesis was put forward.(4)Data processing and result analysis.With the data in the questionnaire filling by the Chinese employees in China invested enterprises of Laos,researching the specific effects of the employees' job well-being.And apply the Spass software to a regression and multiple regression analysis.(5)Research findings and management implications.Through the further analysis of the data of the fourth,try to put forward relevant management implications and suggestions.It is hoped to improve the human resource management in China invested enterprises of Laos,so as to improve the market advantage.
