Research On Cost Management System Of Construction Project

Cost management of construction project is the core part of construction project management, which penetrates the whole life cycle of the project's development. Cost management of construction project is applied and promoted in construction enterprises. Cost management of construction project is also more and more important in people's realization. Cost management of construction project, as it were, has become the major symbol and indispensable contents for construction project management to develop towards the depth.This thesis take Yong-Da construction enterprise for an example, on the base of domestic and foreign literature, the status of cost management of project is the systematically investigated and analyzed to identify some problems and the reasons in cost management of project. Applying the way of combining Inductive and the conclusion, theory and practice. And improvement measures were proposed to enhance management level of Yong-Da construction enterprise. Simultaneously, it is hoped that the research results can be used as a source of reference for other construction enterprises. Thus, it is needed to summarize advanced experience and explore new methods of cost management of construction project to promote the standardization and scientific process of cost management of construction project, which help to promote project management level and competitive strength to adapt protean construction market.
