Study On Cost Manage Of JLXG-project

Entered since 2014,China’s real estate market continues to slowdown,piling up, waiting to see.There is no doubt that China’s real estate industry has experienced a "golden decade" of high-speed development,has entered into an adjustment period. In fact,from the real estate industry development course of western developed countries,this is also the cycle of economic booms and slumps. In China’s current market environment,the existence space of small and medium-sized real estate development enterprises increasingly decrease. Can the Small and medium-sized real estate enterprises survive in the real estate "in the winter" ?The stand or fall of cost management is a key factor. Cost management effects not only relationship with the development of the real estate enterprises,and more relationship to the survival of the enterprise.This paper takes A Group Company as the representative of the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises by its development JLXG project as the research object,study "target cost management theory", "cost responsibility system", "value engineering" and so on cost management theory,analyse these above theories in the actual application of cost management in the gain and loss,sum up the experiences of project cost management, and to find problems and causes to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis,put forward some targeted solutions and methods,To strengthen the enterprise of real estate development project cost control system,constantly improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,the sustainable development ability,the advanced cost management ideas and methods of infiltration and applied to real estate development of each link,further excavate potential cost control,increase the profit of the enterprise,improve the level of A Group Company cost management,and hope to the new situation of real estate development enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprise cost management work.
