The holoscopic current development situation of B2B e-commerce ,the demand for small and medium-sized enterprises using third-party B2B platform to do business is fast increasing, but good third-party B2B e-commerce platform still can be numbered .The contradiction between supply and demand is obvious. It brings about a series of problems about how to evaluate comprehensive competitive power of a third- party B2B e-commerce platform effectively.Firstly, the author dose some research by using PEST method to point out that the third-party B2B e-commerce platform has a huge developing space in favorable background of macro environment like economy ,policy, society and network technology. Secondly, Then show that there is a necessity to build the evaluating indicator system and the evaluation model of the third-party B2B e-commerce platform after analyzing the market competition and by investigating the user experience of small and medium-sized enterprises. Finally, found the appraisal system and the evaluation model by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This paper mainly formed two conclusions:1. On one hand, the third-party B2B platform now facing the challenge that entering the quality promotion stage from quantity expansion stage since the homogeneity phenomenon is serious in business model and function service and the fierce market competition. On the other hand, how to appraise and chooses the more suitable third-party B2B platform is a complicated problem for small and medium-sized enterprise with the individualized need and service quality about B2B platform is becoming more and more urgent. Therefore, building the appraisal system and the evaluation model of the third-party B2B e-commerce platform has great significance and is imperative.2. According to the survey, the comprehensive competitive power of a third- party B2B e-commerce platform consist of quality of platform, search engine, well-depth services, software and sincere letter system .and the five big factors including seventeen evaluating indicators such as design of platform, the operating performance, response time, the accuracy of query and response, pertinence, diversity, commercial value, auxiliary functions for exchange, authority, validity and so on. Through evaluation model, service providers for third-party B2B platform can fully know their strengths and weaknesses of the platform to formulate correct solutions to improve comprehensive competitive power. As for small and medium-sized enterprise, it can evaluate the comprehensive strength of B2B platform to choose the right one which match.With the rapid development of third-party B2B e-commerce platform, the research on competitiveness will be more and more widely. The author dose some research on the evaluating indicator system and the evaluation model to establishes a set of comprehensive evaluation model for third-party B2B e-commerce platform scientifically and effectively which would be useful for service providers and small and medium-sized enterprise.
