Modern Agricultural Development Of Heze City

Report of the Seventeenth Party Congress stressed the building of new socialist countryside, considering the development of modern agriculture and the prosperity of the rural economy as a top priority. To promote modern agriculture construction conform to the objective trend of China's economic development, in line with the law of the general development of agriculture in today's world, and it is the basic way to increase income of farmers, the important measure to improve the agricultural production capacity, the industrial base to build socialist new countryside. Many areas made distinctive patterns of modern agriculture. In this paper, I will combine the actual situation in China and the results of early research to briefly introduce the research situation in the world.Agricultural modernization is the basic content of China's modernization. Shandong province is a large economic province, but also a large agricultural province. As an important agricultural production base, the agricultural development of Heze City of Shandong Province, is a typical representative of agricultural development. Heze lies in the southwest of Shandong Province, and it is economically less developed areas. The promotion of modern agricultural development of Heze is of great significance to solve the "three rural" issue, to speed up the economic development of Heze and to realize the sustainable agricultural development.Based on the previous research, this study will use modern agriculture theory as direction. First of all, this paper will analyze the advantages of modern agriculture conditions of Heze from the agricultural resources, traffic location, natural conditions, agricultural infrastructure, agricultural labor resources, policy environment, etc. Heze is flat terrain; the climate is good; the soil is deep and fertile; the position is good; the transportation is convenient; the agricultural products are various; the current agricultural development policy is favorable; the human resources are rich.Secondly, based on the investigation of the status of agricultural development of Heze, this paper will discuss the problems and difficulties of the development of modern agriculture of Heze, frequent natural disasters, lack of agricultural investment, underdeveloped agricultural infrastructure, low level of large-scale operation, low level of standardization of agricultural production, agricultural product quality to be improved; low education investment, low quality of farmers, balanced development around the lack of character and scale. It also evaluates the development of modern agriculture of Heze from the perspective of quantification. On the whole, the development of modern agriculture of Heze is relatively low, largely in its infancy and the primary stage.Finally, combined the advantages to develop modern agriculture and agricultural development status of Heze City, this paper will propose that the development of modern agriculture should be the development of green agriculture, special agriculture and cycle agriculture, and pay attention to the scale, base and specialization of agricultural production, and commercialization and high quality of agricultural products. According to the traffic, location advantages, coupled with the industrial transfer of the eastern coastal areas of China, Heze City can develop deep processing of products to extend the agricultural industrial chain. Based on the above analysis, for the promotion of modern agricultural development of Heze City, the paper proposes the following strategies and measures: full function of government services to strengthen supervision; Shandong Provincial Government to continue to support agricultural development to take full advantage of the policy of west-east helping policy; the construction of new countryside and harmonious society to improve their enthusiasm for the development of production; increase scientific and technological efforts to improve the quality of workers; actively cultivate and improve the rural market system; promote the process of industrialization and urbanization of Heze.
