| According to the agricultural economics and sustainable development principles, through systematic investigation and data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis, theoretical and case analysis, the present situation and development strategies for Cixi City were understood and submitted. The main results are as follows:The systematic review about the concept of modern agriculture was conducted. Based on the results, the paper discussed the connotation of contemporary agriculture, the theory from the point of view of modern agricultural development vital significance, provided the theoretical basis for the empirical analysis.The author analyzed the modern agriculture main experience, which include scale industrial base development, construction of area to accelerate, professional collaboration organization competition. It was considered that land circulation and scale operation got complement each other, then accelerate the construction of modern agriculture.With the comprehensive analysis of agricultural resource, the author concluded the main development achievements in Cixi City. It was the key countermeasure that the advanced typical modern agriculture construction and successful land circulation. Land circulation ensure that the concentrated production and scale of operation, the rapid development and expansion of production and management, agricultural modernization level rise ceaselessly, modern agricultural landscape take on an altogether new aspect.Based on the’Twelfth five year’modern agricultural plan of Cixi City, the author puts forward the modern agricultural development suggestion which include to train farmers, to develop the modern agricultural demonstration garden, and so on. |
