Resarch On Liu Shaoqi's Thought Of "Three Dimensional Rural Issues"

As an outstanding Marxist,Liu Shaoqi is one of the first generation of the main leaders of Commuinst Party and the People's Pepublic of China.He led the daily affairs of the CPC Central Committee to assist Mao Zedong.He was good at independent thinking and original views.In"Three Dimensional Rural Issues",Liu Shaoqi paid attention to combine the general principles of Marxism with China's reality,and to conduct investigations, so maked a lot of correct,scientific ideas.These thoughts had positive effects on developing agricultural economic,improvementing various systems in rural areas and living standards of farmers,after the new China was founded.They aslo provided an important theoretical guidance in building of new socialist countryside in China.Article summarized and analysed Liu's thougt of"Three Dimensional Rural Issues",including background of the times,thought origin,development process,the main content and the assessment of the thoughts, in accordance with the thinking of the cause,processes,content and meaning of ideas. Before nation-building,the farmers problem is the basic problem of the Chinese revolution,the land issue is the center of the farmers problem;In the primary nation-building,China is a undeveloped agricultural country;After completion of the three major domestic reform, the Soviet model exposed the shortcomings,and China urgently needs to explore their own path of building socialism. These provided a time background for the generation of Liu's thougt of"Three Dimensional Rural Issues". Combined with the time background,Liu Shaoqi inherited and developed Chinese ancient agriculture priority ideas ,as well as Marxist classical writers'fundamental viewpoints on the"Three Dimensional Rural Issues",to investigate China's agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Besides,it has important theoretical value and practical value. In theory ,Liu's thought of"Three Dimensional Rural Issues"not only played a role in enriching and developing Marxist ideology,but also enriched and developed Mao Zedong'thought.It provided the formation of Deng Xiaoping's thought with a certain ideological foundation,promoted the implementation of two historic leap of Marxism in China.
