The Establishment Of China's Enterprise Of Endowment Insurance Fund Early Warning Mechanism Research

With the deepening development of economic globalization, China is continuously integrated into the mainstream of global economic integration, so the pension insurance system in China are made more stringent requirements.Fund is the foundation of social security system, to ensure the healthy and stable normal operation of the pension fund is an important issue about the effective implementation of the pension insurance system.In this paper, First ,introduce the concept of pension insurance fund and the related theories and then introduce why put on the warning mechanism of pension insurance fund.Second,introduce the concept of the warning mechanism about the pension insurance fund,including the collection of pay, stoorage, operationg, payment.Last, introduce how to establish the warning mechanism from the long-term view and in the short term"mixed individual account"operating mode.Furthermore, propose the establishment and the perfect series of the warning mechanism about pension insurance fund starting from the system,including raising money, dispensing and payment system,internal control system, and fund database on provincial, municipal and county levels.
