| The securities industry is the industry with higher level of informationization in our country. The demand for the securities industry itself, and also laws and regulations on the requirements of the securities industry, made the companies of the current securities industry, listed securities companies in particular, eager to begin the IT governance which comply with the corporate governance.This article, based on relevant studies of IT governance and corporate governance, and combined with the actual situation of the securities industry, analyses the difficulty in the initial stage of the implementation of IT governance processes, digs out the most urgent subject that needs to research, and which is named as IT governance process model of securities industry.In the paper, theoretical knowledge of project management and economics is applied. Based on the life cycle model of software project, it is innovatively elaborated the life cycle structures that adapt the IT governance framework in securities industry. It is also built IT governance process model in securities industry. And it is deeply analyzed 3 the most focused aspects of IT governance process in securities industry as follows. (1) To build the allocation model of IT human resources for achieving the effective use and rational allocation of human resources. (2) To build the Internal Audit Process Model for ensuring the consistency of the business and IT. (3) To build cycle cost governance process model of IT operations for assuring IT finance costs to be controllable and reliable. Then, the most simplified standard IT projects are used as cases of IT governance in this paper. And the cases has been analyzed detailedly and solved with the IT governance process model. Also, it is researched the advantages and disadvantages of other related solutions.The purpose of this paper is to practically apply these process models to IT governance process, to solve practical problems, to establish learning IT governance process in practice, and to found the basis for the further design and implementation of the IT governance framework. |
