The concept of Human Resource has been advanced for more than half a century. As the rare resource for the social development, human resource are well recognized. Human resource management is playing more and more important role for the enterprises management, especially in the current era of economic globalization, internet information, electronic currency and resource knowledge like. In this background, as the combination of theory and practice, human resource management mode were advanced by a few scholars in 1980s. Based on this mode, further research and analysis were conducted by theory researchers and practice operators in succession. Based on the research achievements of predecessors, this thesis regard human resource management as object, research the matching relation between the corporate life cycle and human resources management mode systematically and propose the right human resource management mode in different stage.Firstly, the research disport organization life cycle for four section: introduction, rapidly growing, maturity and decline, discuss the different characters in different stage and different human resource management problems refer to these stages. Secondly, the research propose the human resource management mode in terms of the different characters in different stage and different human resource management problems refer to these stages.The thesis elaborates the backgrounds, purposes and significance of the research of research on human resource management mode based on corporate life cycle under current market environment, emphatically analyzes present domestic and foreign research situations of human resource management mode based on corporate life cycle and finally expounds its research contents and research methods. Related theories on human resource management mode based on corporate life cycle are the foundation of human resource management mode based on corporate life cycle. This thesis emphatically elaborates the life cycle theory, strategic human resource management theory and competitiveness advantage theory. Theory research on human resource management mode based on corporate life cycle is the core content. From chapter 2 to chapter 6, description of the different characters in different stage and different human resource management problems refer to different stage of the life cycle, and educe the human resource mode in terms of the different characters and different human resource management problems refer to these stages. Chapter 7 is the end part sums up the main conclusions and the limitation of this thesis, farther correlative research realm.
