In recent years, in order to solve the problem of coal mines'more, small and scattered, random, Shanxi Province adjusted coal mine industry with high strength and large dynamics in 2009. The integration of coal industry is a big adjustment of the interests, because of different interests subject involved, simply depending on market means is very difficult to resolve. So the government stepped in, integration of coal industry under the executive-led government launched. The essence of integration is selecting large and excellent mines. However, it is worth our attention that, although the integration of coal industry has played a significant role in promoting the safety of the province's coal industry, Since the beginning of the integration, state-owned coal mines and the acquired small coal mines did not fully integrate or adapt to each other, there will be a series of conflict of cultural, technology, management and personnel and other aspects, then the emergence of new sustainable development issues. So against the integration of state-owned coal resources in designing a practical evaluation system for sustainable development is necessary.This paper from the integration of coal resources in Shanxi current situation and problems of state-owned coal mines to start, through field research and extensive data collection, made a comprehensive analysis and discussion of all possible factors, summarizes four major factors of sustainable development, such as the resource, economic, social and environmental, and made corresponding analysis to the four influence factors of Shanxi coal present. Based on this, preliminarily established evaluation index system of sustainable development, the first-level target is development level and integration and coordination level, the second-level target include four indicators, such as resource subsystem, economic subsystem, social subsystem, and environmental subsystems. This paper aims to design a set of sustainable development system that is suitable for the state-owned coal mine after resources integration, therefore, combined with the present situation of resources Integration, and proposed a series of new indicators. Make use of these indicators can evaluate the degree of development of state-owned coal mines after integrated, can better adapt to the demand of state-owned coal mine after integrated. The paper compared several evaluation methods of sustainable development, then put forward using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the sustainable development of state-owned coal mines after resources integration. And established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of sustainable development assessment of the state-owned coal mines. Based on this, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is verified. Raised the recommendations of sustainable development of the state-owned coal mine in Shanxi after resources Integration. From the industrial restructuring, environmental management efforts and means, information science and technology investment and other areas, and improve the overall status of the sustainable development of state-owned coal mines.The innovation of this paper is first proposed to make sustainable development evaluation on state-owned coal mine in Shanxi after the integration. At present, lots of papers about on the sustainable development of coal, but there is no relevant papers against the state-owned coal mine after resources integrated to make sustainable development evaluation systematically. The index system contact with the resources Integration of Shanxi, while joining the industry characteristics, then makes the indexes more comprehensive and detailed. Comprehensive investigated the sustainable levels of state-owned coal mine in Shanxi after resources integration.
