Innovation Of The Organizational Structure Of The Shanxi Coal Enterprises In The Context Of Resource Integration

In recent years, Shanxi Province has vigorously promoted the integration of coal resources, a large number of coal enterprise groups have completed the set-up work and received good economic benefit. Meanwhile, we can clearly see the shortage of development in the coal enterprises in our province. Analysis of the reasons is that the traditional organization structure of the coal enterprises in our province is not well adapted with the dramatic changes in coal enterprises which restricts the manifestation of resource synergies. Shanxi Coal enterprises should maximize the benefits in the integration of resources, to make it match the needs of the coal group, it must innovate traditional organization structure.As an analysis of power system of organization innovation of the coal enterprises in Shanxi Province, a dynamic system model has been built. This thesis has certain theoretical value. It provides a theoretical and practical reference for the innovation activities of the organizational structure of Shanxi coal enterprises. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The study of the need of organization structure after the resource integration in the coal enterprises in our province. The results indicate that the coal enterprise in our province have formed a new feature in resource integration. It also indicates new requirements for the organization management and there is some gap between the traditional organization management and the some new requirements. The organization structure requirements of Shanxi coal enterprise in enterprise organization:flat organization structure, small-sized and scattered organization scale, right, organization structure, fuzzy flexibility of the organization boundary, the production proceduring.(2) The power system of innovation of Shanxi coal enterprise organization structure. Research shows that, the enterprise organization structure innovation power including core strength, internal and external power and electric power, which is also a kind of power, and the research of specific content. Shanxi Province, points out innovation power of the enterprise organization structure and under the market pressure innovation power should play a leading role in the organization structure innovation(3)Analysis through the investigation and study method of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Through analyzing power system of group organization structure of Shanxi Coking Coal Group, by combining the background of resource integration and Shanxi Coking Coal Group’s development strategy, it concludes the demand and insufficiency in organization structure innovation in Shanxi Coking Coal Group and puts forward some policy suggestions which provide the reference in the structure of the organization innovation for Shanxi Coking Coal Group under the background of resources integration.The innovation of this paper is analysis of the power system of innovation Shanxi coal enterprise under the background of Shanxi coal industry characteristics.
