The Research On The Construction Capacity Of Construction Enterprises Based On The Construction Industrializton

Industrialization is the development trend of China's construction industry, it has shows that the industrialization construction could shorten the construction period, ensure quality, improve labor productivity, save energy and reduce emissions in the achieved industrialization countries and regions. These advantages make construction industry to change the traditional mode of production to the industrial one, industrialization is the only way to promote sustainable development in the construction industry.Based on the industrialization background, this paper, taking the construction capacity as an object of study, starting from the enterprise, with the principal components analysis, analysis on the industrialized construction capacity of enterprises, presents a reasonable evaluation system of the industrialized construction capacity.First of all, based on the relevant research, introduces the concept of the construction industrialization and the construction capacity, and analysis of the system of its connotation. Then build the evaluation index sign system of the industrialized construction capacity of enterprises, including technical capability, human resources, management level of firms and production capacity.Secondly, this paper analyzes the industrialized construction capacity by the principal components analysis method. The research indicates that the average industrialized construction capacity is increasing on the whole recently, while it's not at a steady rate, but minor fluctuations within a certain range, and the overall increase is wavy.Finally, this paper analyzes the industrialized construction capacity of Shanghai Construction Co Ltd comparing with the level of our construction companies and also comparing with the level of Japan's construction enterprises. Study shows that the industrialized construction capacity of Shanghai Construction Co Ltd is apparently higher than the level of construction enterprises. Shanghai Construction Co Ltd has the absolute advantages in the profit of the construction enterprise per person, the assets of the construction enterprise per person, the research funding per person, the owned fixed assets per person, the rate of professionals and technical, and it has the absolute disadvantages in and the number of patent certified per person. And comparing with Japan's construction enterprise, Shanghai Construction Co Ltd need put much more resources on the construction technique and professional skill, in order to narrow the gap with Japan's construction enterprise.
