A Study On The Leading Industry And The Rationality Of Industrial Structure Of Xi'an

With the evolution of global economic integration, the low-tech and high energy consumption industries can not meet the new situation demands of economic development. Optimization and upgrading of industrial structure has become a necessary way to develop modern economic. In this context the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure of Xi'an is the core content of modern economics to promote the economic growth mode transformation with the view of promoting economic growth through the adjustment of industrial structure. This article analyzed the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure of Xi'an to promote economic healthy, stable and rapid development.Based on the study of a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure at home and abroad, the article analyzed the current situation of industrial structure of Xi'an from the development status of the first industry, the secondary industry and the tertiary industry, and now the stage of development of Xi'an is from the mid-to late industrialization industrialization accelerated phase from the points of view the proportion of industry structure, the per capita gross national product, industry insiders and the perspective of employment structure. Through the above analysis, the industrial structure of Xi'an had several problems:①the level of economic development was inconsistent with the process of industrial structure;②non-agricultural industries increased steadily, but gradually weakened the capacity to absorb labor force;③the proportion of secondary industry is too low, resulting in low total economic development;④it is lack of large-scale enterprises and industrial scale is relatively small.Through the collation of industry data of Xi'an, the establishment of index system, using spss software for data principal component analysis, and the method of qualitative analysis, the author ultimately consides the modern services, cultural industries, tourism, high-tech industries, equipment manufacturing industry as the leading industry in Xi'an. Set out the conditions for the development of the leading industries, and list the previous industries,the latter industries and the lateral industries and optimize the re-construction according to the determined leading industrys. Finally, propose the improvement measures for the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure through a comprehensive analysis of the industrial structure of Xi'an.
