Research On Optimization And Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Jilin Province

Currently，in the industrial structure of Jilin province, the proportion of thesecond industry is larger and the third industry development is insufficient，the wholeindustrial structure level is low, the internal industrial structure is not reasonable.Therefore, it’s of great practical significance that put forward to promote optimizationand upgrading of industrial structure at this time.This paper divide into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, itbriefly introduces the research background of this paper, the research significance,and sums up the different views about the optimization and upgrading of industrialstructure at home and abroad. The second chapter presents the relevant theories aboutoptimization and upgrading of industrial structure, including the connotation of theoptimization and upgrading, the general law and the main influencing factors. Thethird chapter analyzes the historical evolution and the status quo of industrial structurein Jilin province, finding out the problems, such as unreasonable proportion of threeindustries, internal industrial structure is unreasonable, high and new technologyindustry development is slow, science and technology innovation ability is not strong,market-oriented reform does not reach the designated position and so on. The fourthchapter is the innovation of this article, introduce experience of the successfultransformation of industrial structure about Ruhr, Germany and Kyush,Japan.This canprovince to provide reference for Jilin province. Liaoning and Heilongjiang provinceare similar to Jilin province feeling, analysis of their countermeasures and results inthe process of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, for Jilin province toprovide experiences and lessons. The fifth chapter is the focus of this article, on thebasis of theoretical analysis and grasp the actual situation, gives feasiblecountermeasures and suggestions for optimization and upgrading, actively develop modern agriculture, promote the development of agricultural industrialization,through transform traditional industries and develop strategic emerging industries tobuild new industrial system, to accelerate the development of producer services, todevelop the consumer services, innovation to develop the public services.
