| The airport become a key role in modern traffic system in China and more important for location to promote economic growth, as increasing drastically in China civil aviation market today. Meanwhile the Airline Companies and the customers propose higher demand requirements for the quality of security operations and the capacity of service support of Airport Company. Now Xi'an Xian yang International Airport faces a fierce competition from peripheral airports such as Chengdu, Chongqing day by day. It is very necessary to analysis the existing condition and set up feasible strategy implementation plans for acquiring the Competitive Advantage. It is also a good reference for domestic counterparts, which has an important significance for the civil aviation.The paper will in-depth study on airport hub of the Xi'an Xian yang International Airport, and propose a strategic goal and several implementation plans through analysis of conditions of airport hub, positioning of aviation network and general competitiveness of our airport. Some problems will also be noted in the execution of the strategy, and we will give some executable suggestion in this paper. |
