Sl is a company was established in 1987, after twenty years of exploration and hard to the size of the group continued to grow, the more extensive area, the external environment has changed. sl the company is revealed many of its management problems. by the author survey found that the company in recent years has eroded the core staff is serious, but in time to change the status quo, it's difficult to keen competition in the future survival and development. This article is in the background and the use of investigations by the law, comparative method, data analysis, case study law and so the method, a questionnaire survey and the depth interview for the way to collect data collection, statistics, on the core staff and the wastage of controls countermeasures in the process is found and corrected for potential problems.Chapter one introduces the paper's researching background, purpose and methods and gives the research framework. Chapter two makes review on the theory of employee's turnover domestic and foreign which underlies the later analysis. Chapter three deals with the human resource status in quo of the SL Company and emphasizes the company's problem of the employee's turnover. Chapter four is the key one for the paper since by investigation and deep interviewing with the former employee off the company it reaches the reason why that kind of employee chose to leave the company. Finally, the paper brings forward counter measures against the employee's turnover problem.The use of practice, not only against sl company how to keep the core of the system measures, the use of specific implementation plan to detect the effectiveness and feasibility of implementing the strategy, the effect of the evaluation and made further improvement advice. The findings to the core staff sl solution to the loss to provide a constructive views and for operation of the implementation of solutions to the healthy and sustainable development to a certain role.
