As China's'public ownership economy as the main, a variety of forms of ownership develop the economic system', established, the private sector for further development. However, due to a shorter course of development of the private sector, and mainly medium and small enterprises, while facing fierce competition, which makes private enterprises are often caught in the business, light management errors. emphasis on human resources development and management is very low, but to truly improve performance, achieve corporate strategic, objectives and effective human resources development and management is key. Performance appraisal is an important work, Through scientific, fair performance evaluation, correct evaluation results could be adopted to increase positivity of managers and employees using suitable motivating measures. therefore, the private sector to establish a sound performance management systems become more and more urgent need to address the problem.By analyzing the status of private sector development, performance management, and implementation, and this paper other proposed performance private sector performance management design ideas in private sector. Meanwhile, good health in the case for the study of some pharmaceutical sales company, Based on the job analysis, the Performance appraisal system is stated more detailed in the methods of balanced score card and key performance indicators. At the end of the case study, the Performance appraisal management in view of the Performance appraisal system promotes the company management.The performance appraisal system not only becomes the substance of human resources management in pharmaceutical sales company, but also leaves clues for the similar enterprises in the same industry, which flourishes the actual methods of Performance appraisal. And it guide private enterprises to performance management as an important means of strengthening enterprise management.
